Restaurant entrepreneur Mr. Sheke Chow has been in the Chinese cuisine business for over thirty years and is the owner of Peking Boy in Pleasant Hill, a suburb of San Francisco. At the turn of the new century, Sheke understood that the key to success was in reaching out to his customers through the Internet and recruited Mark, his brother, to design an online ordering system.
Food To Go Express started out as a simple project to support the take-out orders of Peking Boy and soon realized the potential and trend it had help set. After years in development, Food To Go Express was put to test for Peking Boy along with seven other restaurants in November 2007. Almost immediately, online orders increased and have been increasing every month. Amazingly, as the economy gets worse, more people are staying home and ordering online instead of going out to dinner. Since then, Food To Go Express had undergone many changes to enhance speed as well as other functions. In January 2009, Food To Go Express was formally released as a commercial product and believed by many clients as the best in the industry.
Mr. Mark Chow is now the lead developer and owner of FoodToGoExpress.com. Mark graduated with a BS degree in EECS from UC Berkeley and a MS degree from UCLA. He holds a Professional Engineer (PE) license from the State of California and is an expert in computer system design, network and programming. Mark can be reached at mark@FoodToGoExpress.com or (562)607-4153.
