We highly recommend you to register if you visit our website often. Registered users can place orders much faster than guests. For instance, as a registered user with a credit card number already stored, placing an order can be done in just three clicks - submit order, review order, then confirm order - and no typed-in entries are needed. In addition, last orders of login users are saved for easy reordering. Even when ordering from restaurants in Food To Go Express's Pay-to-Restaurant-Only program where credit card payment entries are optional, name and address of login users are also automatically retrieved and not require type-ins.
Our website and customer database are protected with the best security technology available today. We never release your information without your knowledge and approval first. Unlike other websites, Food To Go Express does not save cookies on your computer or store credit card numbers without the user's explicit permission, which is given only by clicking on the storage option while placing an order. For extreme protection of our customers stored card numbers are encrypted and are stored separately from user account information. Customer credit card numbers recorded during order transactions are also encrypted, and erased as soon as the payment is fully processed, usually occurring in less than 48 hours.

To avoid unnecessary delay we strongly urge consumers to submit refund notifications ASAP. Legitimate refund requests are usually honored instantly. However, if money has already been sent to restaurant the refund procedure will be delayed. Food To Go Express often wire funds to member restaurants in as little as two days after the date of food order.
Yes, click on item picture to see the enlarged view. You can then read or write reviews at the enlarged window. Reviews are not available for menu items without a picture.
Food To Go Express is not a large search engine; only restaurants that have signed with us are included in our system. As a result, only cities and zip codes with member restaurants will show up in our dropdown list.
Orders are sent by fax2, then followed by email and a phone call. It is almost impossible for the restaurant to miss your order from Food To Go Express. The order confirmation email is a receipt for customers only. Even if you do not receive the confirmation, your order has been processed and placed at the restaurant.
We require all orders to be $10 minimum. First, we check that the restaurant is open and in service. Delivery orders are checked with the restaurant's range of delivery and its minimum order requirement. If the order does not correspond with the restaurant's service profile, it is not placed.
If you do not see your favorite restaurant, then they are not one of our member restaurants. We encourage you to take the opportunity to invite the restaurant owner to join Food To Go Express or try our Easy Online Ordering Program, helping them to make online ordering simple.
1 Successful order means you have an order number generated and returned to you online in your order confirmation page. Your credit card is NOT charged unless order placed successfully.
2Fax is the primary method used by Food To Go Express to send in online orders. If fax (Food To Go Express's equipment and the phone network only - Problem with restaurant's own in house fax machine, such as paper jam, cannot be checked) fails, the order will not be placed and customer will not be charged.
